CivicAxis Sourcing terms of service

These terms cover use of the CivicAxis Sourcing website and the written inquiry desk. They do not create a construction contract, a sale of a building, or an agency to bind any factory.

What the desk does

CivicAxis Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It helps a business buyer describe a modular, portable, prefabricated or steel-building requirement and forward that requirement to factories for quotation. Catalog names are inquiry options. They are not stock and they are not an offer from the brand a visitor may have searched.

What the desk does not do

The desk does not seal structural calculations, approve a code path, or accept a factory document on the buyer behalf. Wind speed, ground snow load, seismic design category, thermal performance and fire-resistance needs stay project-specific. A reply that omits them is incomplete, not a default approval.

Quotes and budgets

Factory numbers, when they arrive, belong to the quoting party and to the scope written on that reply. An optional budget you type into the form is your target. It is not a price from CivicAxis Sourcing and it is not evidence that any plant will meet it. Shell, delivered, installed and wider scopes must be read as different offers.

Your submissions

You agree that the specification, quantity, destination and contact details you send may be shared with factories asked to quote that brief. Do not submit payment card data or passwords. You are responsible for having the right to share drawings you attach in the text of the note.

Pages are for procurement preparation. They are not engineering advice for a specific address. If a page and a later written reply disagree, the written reply that names your project controls the inquiry, and your contract with a supplier controls the purchase.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, CivicAxis Sourcing is not liable for factory performance, freight events, permitting outcomes, or decisions you or your consultants make after reading a comparison. The sourcing support note on this site is eligibility language for qualified business buyers. It is not a promised discount and it is not a completed saving.
