CivicAxis Sourcing notes on building briefs

Field notes for buyers who need a specification and a scope split before a factory price is treated as comparable.

How to use a note

Each note starts from a search a buyer might already have typed and turns it into checks a factory can answer. Read the section that matches the decision you still owe: geometry, loads, scope boundary, or the papers that must name the quoted system. Then send the same facts on the request form so the desk is not guessing a wind speed or a destination.

A note is not a quotation and not a code approval. If a paragraph asks you to separate a shell from an installed building, keep that split when you write to factories. If it asks who supplies the crane or the foundation design, leave the name blank only when you truly do not know, and say that the item is open.

CivicAxis Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. The notes do not speak for the brand in your search and they do not move a homepage badge onto your project. When two replies arrive, line them up on included, excluded and optional rows before you talk about a total. Freight, tax and site work stay on their own lines.

If the route to the pad is tight, read the offsite method discussion before you freeze a volumetric module. Panel crates and a finished box do not share a crane plan. Write the limit you measured, in feet or metres, into the brief. Factories can then decline a method honestly instead of pricing a delivery they cannot make.
