The form on this page is the intake. CivicAxis Sourcing reads it as an independent sourcing partner and uses it to ask factories for alternatives. Do not send account passwords or payment card numbers.

Send the building use, the specification, the quantity, the destination and the timing you need discussed. There is no published storefront and no telephone line on this page. The reply goes to the work email on the form, so the brief and the address stay together.
What a complete note includes
Footprint, height, layout, wind or snow figures if you have them, code jurisdiction, quantity, destination ZIP or port, and the scope you want priced. Mark unknown items as unknown rather than leaving them blank.
When replies are reviewed
Written briefs are reviewed on US business days. An optional budget and a supplier preference can travel with the note. They do not create a quotation by themselves, and they are not a ranking of factories.
How the desk reads the note
A coordinator first checks whether the use, the footprint and the destination can be repeated to more than one factory without inventing a load. If wind speed, ground snow load or the authority having jurisdiction is missing, the reply asks for that item before any price is lined up. CivicAxis Sourcing does not fill those blanks from a catalog default.
The same note should say whether you want a shell, a delivered module, an installed set, or a wider scope that still lists exclusions. Mixing those boundaries is the usual reason two quotations cannot be read together. Freight responsibility, the unloading party and the foundation interface belong in the text even when the amounts are still open.
If you are comparing a volumetric module with a panelized package, say so. The desk can ask both kinds of factory to price the same floor area, quantity and delivery point. The crane, the site crew and the finish level will differ, and those differences should stay visible rather than being smoothed into one number.
Drawings you already trust can be described by sheet title and revision. Do not paste secrets into the box. After the factories answer, you and your project professionals decide which file applies to the quoted system and which gap is still yours to close.
