CivicAxis Sourcing privacy policy
This policy explains how CivicAxis Sourcing handles information you submit when you ask for factory quotations on modular, portable, prefabricated or steel buildings.
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects a name, a work email, an optional phone, an optional company, and a requirements note. You may also type a reference product, an optional budget, a currency, a per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference. Those extra items are buying instructions. They are not a credit file and they are not a verified score of any factory.
Why it is used
The note is used to understand the building use, dimensions, quantity, destination and timing, and to ask factories for quotations on that scope. CivicAxis Sourcing may reply to the email you submit with questions about missing loads, jurisdiction or exclusions.
Who else may see it
Relevant parts of the brief may be sent to factories invited to quote. CivicAxis Sourcing does not sell the form contents as a marketing list. Service providers who host the site may process the submission only to deliver the form.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept long enough to finish the quotation thread and to answer a follow-up about the same brief. You may ask the desk, using the same email you submitted, to stop using a brief that is no longer active.
What not to send
Do not place payment card numbers, government identity numbers or account passwords in the requirements box. Drawings should be described, or sent later through a channel the desk confirms, if they contain sensitive site security details.
Contact
Privacy questions go through the request form. There is no separate street address published for this desk. Use the work email on your own brief so the request can be matched.
Browser storage on this site
A sourcing note may remember the first time it was shown in this browser and whether you closed the short banner during the current visit. That storage is used only to limit how the note is displayed. It is not a profile of your project and it is not shared as a marketing list.
